Layaway Policy

Kari's Keepsakes & Collectible Dolls has a variety of layaway options for orders of $100.00 or more: Minimum 10% Deposit required. Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and monthly payments are available, for a period of no more than 90 days. Free Shipping Option does not apply to layaway items. If you wish to place an online order with the layaway option, simply follow checkout procedure using your credit card, and indicate in the specials comments section of the order form.

Payment Options:

• If payment is by credit card: If you are paying by credit card or debit card, your order total will be divided into (3) equal monthly payments, to be billed automatically on the same day each month. If you have a special request for the billing date each month, please indicate that in the comments section of the order form. Otherwise, the payments will be billed on the same day of the month as the day the order is placed. Your purchase will be shipped once the final payment has been made.
• If payment is by check or money order: Please divide your order total by the term (3, 6, or 12) and write the check out to Kari's Keepsakes & Collectible Dolls. Send monthly payments to the address below.

If payments are not received within 15 days of the due date, the layaway will be cancelled.

• If you have a special circumstance in which a payment cannot be made, we will delay the payment one time for up to one month, but the payment must be made up the next month. If the payment policy is not met or you decide to cancel your layaway purchase, your order is subject to the following cancellation penalties.

Layaway Cancellation Policy:

• For 3 payment layaway plans, the cancellation fee is 10% of the original purchase amount.
• For 6 payment layaway plans, the cancellation fee is 20% of the original purchase amount.
• For 12 payment layaway plans, the cancellation fee is 30% of the original purchase amount.
Layaway Return Policy:

Our 30 day return policy applies to layaway orders and the following restocking fees apply.
• For 3 payment layaway plans, the restocking fee is 10%.
• For 6 payment layaway plans, the restocking fee is 20%.
• For 12 payment layaway plans, the restocking fee is 30%.

Please Note that these amounts are NOT in addition to any restocking fees or non-refundable deposits for special orders. The higher of the layaway cancellation/return fee, the individual item restocking fees, or any non-refundable deposits for special orders will be used in determining any cancellation or restocking fee.

Return Policy

Refunds - All Returns Must Be Made With Made Within (2) Weeks From the date of Purchase and must be in the original package. Please Call Or E-Mail For Instructions. Customer to pay any cost associated in returning package to Kari's Keepsakes & Collectible Dolls and will be refunded only if return is a result of mistake made by our company. Please Note that these shipping amounts are in addition to any restocking fees or non-refundable deposits for special orders.

Cancellation/Return fee - Any cancellation of an order that has already been shipped will be subject to individual item restocking fees of 10% plus $7.50 Handling fee, or any non-refundable deposits for special orders will be used in determining any cancellation or restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

Although, our cart includes shipping cost estimates for UPS and the US Postal service. Kari's Keepsakes & Collectible Dolls reserves the right to ship your package using another shipping provider equal to but not less than the shipping option you have chosen. This may be necessary to ensure you packge arrives in a timley manner. or if actual shipping costs exceed estimated values. Example of optional shipping methods we may use are FedEx or DHL.
